How to download TikTok videos on PC and Mac
On a computer it takes three clicks. No software to install, and it works in any browser.
Works with video and photo posts, and short links from the Share button.
Download the video
- On tiktok.com, open the video and copy the address from the address bar, or click Share → Copy link.
- Paste it into the box on savemytik.com and click Download.
- Click HD. The file is saved to your Downloads folder.
Choosing a format
HD (H.264) plays everywhere, including older versions of Windows, Premiere, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
HEVC (H.265) is sharper. Macs play it out of the box. On Windows, install Microsoft’s HEVC Video Extensions or use VLC.
Downloading many videos
Paste one link at a time. After each download, click Download another to clear the box.
