How to save TikTok videos on Android
Any Android browser can save TikTok videos. They go straight to your Downloads folder and gallery.
Works with video and photo posts, and short links from the Share button.
Download the video
- In TikTok, tap Share on the video, then Copy link.
- Open savemytik.com in Chrome and tap Paste, or paste the link into the box.
- Tap Download, then tap HD.
- Chrome shows a notification when the download is done.
Find the video
- Tap the notification to open the video, or open the Files app and go to Downloads.
- In Google Photos or your gallery app, look for the Downloads album.
If something doesn’t work
If the video doesn’t appear in your gallery, restart the gallery app or check the Downloads folder in Files.
Older phones may not play HEVC. Download the HD version instead, which uses H.264.
If Chrome says the download was blocked, tap Keep. The file comes from savemytik.com’s download server.
